Downgrade your iPod touch
To downgrade and ipod touch you will need this zipped file:

after downloading the .zip file and having the wanted firmware .ipsw.....unzip the autodown zipped file to get a autodown folder. Enter the autodown folder an click on down (N.B: remember to connect you iPod touch to your computer and to close iTumes, and most importantly: go to task manager and click end proccess on ituneshelper.exe in (processes)
now after entering dpwn and pressing the desired keys to continue you iPod will enter in the recovery mode (you can see iTunes icon and the usb cablo on you iPod touch).
Enter iTunes where you will get a notification that you iPod touch s in recovery mode.....cancel that and go to you iPod touchon iTunes where you will see the buttons Update & Restore click on Shift+Restore you will get a window where you van enter your desktop.......go to the folder where you have putten you .ipsw firmware and click on it....wait for a few minutes and you get your new firmware now in case you got an error......retry steps from Shift+Restore step.
NB: please remember to close ituneshelper.exe because if not the firmware will be pemrmanently delete it.
And remember to backup you firmware or copy it to many folders
